2. Purpose of the Application

The application is designed to:

Send emails on behalf of users

Support internal notifications, reports, and business communications

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

The content of emails sent from their Google account

Managing and revoking OAuth permissions if necessary

4. Developer Rights

Intercert reserves the right to:

Suspend or revoke access in case of misuse or abuse of email sending functionality

Modify or improve the application without prior notice

5. Limitation of Liability

Intercert shall not be liable for:

Misuse of the application by users

Service interruptions caused by Google or third-party services

6. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and related materials are the intellectual property of Intercert Vietnam Co., Ltd. or its licensed partners.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
