Basic Google profile information

Authorization to send emails on behalf of the user via Gmail API

🔒 We do NOT access, read, store, or analyze users’ inboxes, email content, or contacts.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

The collected information and permissions are used solely for:

Sending emails on behalf of authenticated users

Internal business communication and system notifications

Supporting and automating internal ERP workflows

3. Gmail API Scope Usage

Our application only uses the following Google API scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

The application does NOT have permission to:

Read emails

Access inbox or mailbox data

Modify or delete emails

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for sending emails

Email content is not stored after sending

Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect user data

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except:

Google APIs for sending emails as authorized by the user

When required by applicable laws or legal authorities

Users have the right to:

Review or request deletion of their personal data
